Hotel a New Washoe City

“We arrived at 930pm. And they're restaurants all were closed. The one Purple Parrot that was supposed to be open 24/7 was closed for weekly maintenance! The hotel was beautiful, staff was "put upon" and seemed like we were a bother. We normally stay at the Nugget and will probably go back to The Nugget. Super disappointed! ”

“Upon checking in, the ambience is already setting the mood for a great time. The check in staff is very professional! My room was very clean and pristine. I loved the hospitality team. They took good care of my space and the spaces everywhere else too! This is a very beautiful property! ”

“The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?”

“The room was not made up and we had to go back to the desk to be assigned a different room. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower head did not work well. ”

“Staff were very helpful at check in. Bell hops were quick. Room was very very clean. Parking was easy. And... 0.4mi from my Son's home!”

“Literally the best Reaidence Inn i’ve ever stayed at. The staff accommodated us asking for a room on the top floor. The room was spotless and smelled super clean. the bed was super comfortable and was huge and the TV swirled which is amazing. The bathroom was huge and awesome. The breakfast was good. I’d recommend that they get togo containers so you can more easily bring it up to your room. The breakfast area is small and was very crowded waiting for the one waffle maker but the staff was so so...
